James E. Tierney

Before joining the Law Office of Roy A. List, Mr. Tierney was in-house counsel for Landstar Title Agency, Inc. in Mineola, NY, where he read abstracts, facilitated clearance of title issues, and advised clients on various aspects of title related matters. Prior to that, Mr. Tierney was an associate at Barnes & Charron, P.C., where he managed the real estate department, and the senior associate at the Law Office of Marc A. Zirogiannis.

Courtney A. Michalske

Courtney A. Michalske is an associate at the Law Office of Roy A. List. She received her Juris Doctor degree from Touro College and Bachelors of Arts degree from the State University of New York at Stony Brook. She is admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut.

Ms. Michalske is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association and the Long Island Women's Agenda.
